General Refund Policy
• Non-refundable services: Due to the nature of our services, which involve customized strategies, ongoing work, and knowledge transfer, we generally do not offer refunds for services rendered.
• Project cancellation: If you choose to cancel a project before it is completed, we will not refund any fees paid for work already completed. However, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of the fees paid in advance.
• Unsatisfactory results: While we strive to achieve the desired results for our clients, the success of SEO and digital marketing campaigns can be influenced by various external factors beyond our control. Therefore, refunds will not be issued based solely on the achievement of specific results or rankings in search engines.
• Training services: Refunds will not be issued for completed training sessions.
However, if you are unable to attend a scheduled training session, we may offer the option to reschedule the session or provide access to a recording of the session.
Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, such as demonstrably poor quality of work or technical errors on our part, we may consider offering a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the terms of this policy, please submit a written request to info@globaldesartsmedia.co.ke within 30 days of the service completion date. Your request should include your name, contact information, project details, and the specific reason for requesting a refund. We will review your request and respond to you within 7 business days.
